First, before we go any further, I want to tell you exactly who I am looking for as a partner for my team, and what my criteria is for those whom I coach.

My business and team are not open to whiners, those looking for a get rich quick scheme, or anyone who thinks they can do nothing and collect a pay check. 

This is NOT a get rich quick scheme.  It takes time and hard work, and  then more hard work to be successful, but the rewards in the end far out weigh the difficulties!  This takes a very committed effort from you, and it can be done.  I am amazed at how my business grows daily as I get my name and product out to people I know and don't know. It can be done, I am living proof!

If you are willing to make a commitment to your business, then I will commit to teach you everything I know.

You will learn a solid, proven system for building your business both online and offline.  You will learn how to put cash in your pocket the very first day, and build a long term residual income for the future.

Q.  What is your criteria for coaching me? 

A.  I am only willing to spend my valuable time with those who are serious about their business, and are willing to follow the system that I and our team teach.  I teach what I do because I have used it, and have been taught to follow this model from my sponsor.  I can only coach you in the methods that I have used myself.  Yes, there are other methods, and you can try them.  Just know that I can only teach you what I already know and use myself.

Q.  Why this Company?  What's unique about the product?

A.  Our Gourmet Alternative Natural Wax Business is different than other  home based business opportunities.  There are three distinct ways to earn a very lucrative income: retail, fundraisers, and building a downline (residual).  I will teach you how to combine all three for maximum profits.  The product line is unique and growing.  We currently offer Gourmet Candles in jars and votives, Gourmet Soy Soap bars, Gourmet Body wash, Bakery style candles, and Car fresheners. Our products and business appeals to both men and women, young and the young at heart; virtually everyone! Our company also introduces new products yearly in addition to the new candle scent that is introduced each month.

Also the owners of the company are approachable and encourage those of us out in the field to give them feedback on product, as well as ideas for scents and new products.  The owners also listen to what we have to say.  They, of course, desire for the success of all their distributors.  Everyone is important to them!

Q.  What if I am in another program, should I quit and join you?

A.  That really depends on your situation.  If you are in a program that isn't taking off the way you has expected, then we can talk about joining my business to see if it's a fit for you.  This is a business that complements other programs, and many distributors have used other business opportunity programs right along with our opportunity and have done wonderfully.

Q.  How much will it cost me to get started?

A.  It only cost $39.95 to get started, and $39.95 a month, plus shipping.  That satisfies your monthly commitment and gives you a 16 oz  jar, a dozen votives, a bath and body soy soap bar plus a personalized Distributor Web site. It is possible to get started at the COTM level, and your cost is $39.95. 

However,  we have something new that distributors everywhere are going crazy for!  To get started off ahead of the game I really recommend that you sign up for both the Candle of the Month and order our Fast Start Pack.  The Fast Start Pack has everything you need to launch your business, successfully, and put cash in your pocket immediately.

The more that you know, and the more products you have, the better equipped you are to get this business started off right.  This is a smell and sell business.  Many times, even before you open the lids, people can smell your products when you come through their door. I am constantly getting comments such as,  "I smelled your candles when you walked in the door!"

We also have the Sample Pack, as another option,  to give you more products than just what is available in the Candle of the Month.  Even if you are unable to get the additional Fast Start Pack or the Sample Pack at this time it is possible to make sales off of the Candle of the Month alone.  For me I started with just the Candle of the Month, and it worked for me!  If you are able, I do recommend the Fast Start Pack or the Sample Pack, in addition to the Candle of the Month, to get your business going.

I also recommend that you order catalogs, business brochures, business opportunity postcards and door hangers.  If you want to offer home parties, also order the home party postcards to promote your business.  These are your sales aids and are tax deductible.  Your cost for the sales aids really depends on how much you order.

It is also a must to get acquainted with your company web site by exploring the many links.  Remember,  your company web site is included in your distributorship.

Q. How much money will I make?

A.  That really depends on you.  How?  Retail the product, participate in a couple of craft shows, fundraise or sponsor someone into your business.  The important thing is what you earn will be based on your efforts.  We will customize a business plan that works for you and your interests, strengths and goals.  I believe that in the next few years, especially as new products are introduced and more an more people realize the benefit of cleaner burning natural candles, many people will see a six figure income in this business.

Q. How soon will I make money?

A.  Again, that depends on you.  Many people make money their very first day by just calling a few friends and relatives and letting them simply smell the candles.  This is where your Sample Pack or Fast Start Pack is SO important.  If you are coachable, we will work together to help you retail, set up fundraisers and begin to sponsor others your very first month. The question really is "How much do you want to make your first month?"

Q.  How do I get started?

A.  First, be sure you are committed to wanting more in your life and working with a team committed to getting more! then, complete the signup form here.  If I am enrolling you, your enroller will be Latanya Wagner and my ID is 11287.  Do not put anything in the placement box.  Make sure you order the Candle of the Month AND at least one sample case.  Don't forget about catalogs, business brochures, and door hangers. Then, the real fun begins! I will get you started with "Your Roadmap to Success" e-training manual, and begin your training in this amazing and fun business!

Q.  How do I build my business?

A.  I have a system that will work for anyone - the part timer, full timer, those who love to recruit others and those who don't.  The key to building your business is to find what works best for you.  I  will teach you how to find what will for work best for you.  Personally, I focus on retailing, and recruiting and have just started to focus more on fundraising. Retailing can be done through family, friends, open houses, home parties, retail stores, craft shows, and boutiques, country fairs and street fairs, business expos,  and while out an about, etc.  Sponsoring or recruiting others - I will teach you how to sponsor people that come to you and are ready to start a business.  Fund raisers can be done through: church groups, sports teams, PTA/PTO's, youth groups, dance studios, non profit organizations, school bands, boy/girl scouts, etc.

Q. How can I find leads?

A.  People who will be interested in your business are everywhere.  I prefer to work with people who are interested and come to me.  I believe a big reason that many people are not successful in Network Marketing is because they aren't talking to the right people.  Working with leads and people that find me online is a much more desirable way to do business.  If you are interested, I will teach you a system for developing a presence online, with a personal website, much like this one.  That's after we get your business started and profitable.

Q. How can I build an online presence?

A.  First, by building a personal web site, much like this one. I can help you get started with a web site of your very own.  There are other options such as pay per click ads, writing articles for publishing online, plus other ways to create your online presence and drive people to you.

Q.  What if I only have 5 - 10 hours a week to work my business?

A.  That is perfectly fine!  It is not about the quantity, but the quality of your time.  Reading email, reading books, and studying your company website can seem like business time, but it will not produce any income. The 5 - 10 hours must be productive and it is possible!  Let me teach you how to lifestyle your business for maximum business potential.

Q.  I don't want to talk to people I know, can I still be successful with this business?

A.  Yes, you can.  Although I encourage you to at least share you new gourmet candle business with your family, friends and business associates, you do not have to tell them about the business side unless they express an interest.  Just tell them what you are doing, and then ask them if they know anyone who they can refer to you for retail business, fundraisers, or possibly partnering with you.  This business is all about referrals.

Q.  My spouse does not support me, can I still build a successful business?

A.  Yes, in most cases.  If your spouse is adamantly against the possibility of having your business, you may really want to think things out first.  However, if your spouse is just skeptical, and does not want any personal involvement, that's okay.  It will be important for you to make good use of your available time and resources and keep your "why" for doing this business planted firmly in front of you. Q.  I have small children, can I still build a business?

A.  ABSOLUTLEY!  I have 3 very active children ranging in age from age 3 to 10.  We do this business together!  Children can be a big help to you and not a hindrance. Allow your children to empower you in your business, not as an excuse not to build a business.  We will teach you how to get them involved in your business if you and they would like to.  For example, my kids love to help me make scent samples. Plus you can teach them hands on about money, its value and how to give back change.
